Addressing Poverty in Underprivileged Coptic Communities in Egypt
Coptic Cross Ministries is a Virginia-based Christian nonprofit that partners with the Coptic Church in Egypt to serve and uplift the most vulnerable Coptic Christian families in Egypt through compassionate, Christ-centered programs that provide food, medical care, financial support, educational resources, and opportunities for self-sufficiency.

Empowering Coptic Families to Combat Poverty
Many Coptic Christian families in Egypt live in deep poverty, facing hunger, illness, disability, and persecution for their faith. Widows, the sick, and children often suffer the most—lacking food, medical care, education, and hope. Poverty not only affects their daily needs but also weakens family bonds, dignity, and spiritual well-being. At Coptic Cross Ministries, we are called by Christ to serve “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40). Through compassionate, faith-driven programs, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and restore lives with love, dignity, and hope in Jesus’ name.
