Who We Are

Coptic Cross Ministries is rooted in the Gospel command to serve “the least of these” with love, dignity, and compassion (Matthew 25:35–40). In close partnership with the Coptic Church in Egypt, we work to break the cycle of poverty for Coptic Christian families through a Christ-centered, community-driven, and impact-focused model.

Across all programs, we follow a consistent strategy:

Monthly Collaborative Identification:
We work with local clergy and trusted leaders to identify the most vulnerable families, including widows, people with disabilities, the ill, and children in crisis.

Case Studies & Personalization:
Volunteers conduct in-depth case studies to assess each family’s unique needs, ensuring our support is thoughtful, dignified, and relevant.

Dedicated Case Management:
Every family is assigned a volunteer who acts as their case manager—delivering support, building relationships, and monitoring progress.

Tailored Program Implementation:
Support is customized per family and may include monthly food boxes, medical care, disability services, small business aid, home repairs, and school supplies.

Direct Delivery & Engagement:
Volunteers personally deliver aid, install equipment, and provide hands-on training when needed. This relationship-focused model fosters trust and spiritual encouragement.

Ongoing Evaluation & Adaptation:
Every case is re-evaluated annually. This allows us to track impact, ensure accountability, and adjust support based on changing needs or progress made toward self-sufficiency.

We focus not only on meeting urgent needs but also on long-term transformation. Our systems for case management, follow-up, and annual reassessment help ensure meaningful outcomes, responsible stewardship, and program effectiveness.

Ultimately, we serve not just to give—but to restore. Guided by the love of Christ, we seek to lift up the poor, comfort the suffering, and walk alongside families with hope, humility, and enduring care.
