By the grace of God, our 2025 mission trip to Egypt, held from May through August, was richly blessed. Here are some of the most meaningful outcomes from our work in Cairo.
1. Supporting vulnerable women facing disability and illness.
We conducted many case studies and welcomed numerous women into our programs, especially those who grew up in orphanages and now live with disability and illness, with no family to support them. Among them were ladies raising young children. Some of them were left as sole providers while their husbands were incarcerated, others surviving through unsafe and illegal work, and some who had drifted from their faith after being misled by false promises of prosperity. Through your prayers and support, we welcomed each of them into our care so they could live with dignity and renewed hope. We also sponsored church-based spiritual programs to help them grow in the love and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
2. Supporting families with vision disabilities.
We completed case studies for families living with vision disabilities, welcomed them into our programs, and sponsored church-based spiritual services so they too could know the boundless love of Christ.
