Coptic Cross Ministries is grateful for every person who gives to support Coptic families facing disability and illness in Egypt. We know that your gift is also an act of trust, and we take the privacy of our donors seriously. 02Information We Collect from Donors

When you make a donation, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the details needed to process your gift. Payment information, such as your card or bank details, is handled by our secure payment processors and is not stored by Coptic Cross Ministries.

03How We Use Donor Information

We use donor information only to:

• Process your donation and issue your receipt.
• Provide year-end giving statements for your tax records.
• Acknowledge gifts made in honor or in memory of someone, and notify the honoree when you ask us to.
• Send ministry updates, stories, and news to donors who have chosen to receive them.

04We Do Not Sell, Trade, or Share Your Information

Coptic Cross Ministries does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share donor information with any other organization for their own use. We will never pass your name to another group’s mailing list.

We share donor information only with the trusted third-party processors that help us complete your gift, such as Donorbox, Stripe, PayPal, and Google Pay, and only as needed to do so. We may also disclose information if required by law. In every case, your information is used solely to serve you and this ministry, never for commercial gain.

05Your Choices

You are always in control of how we communicate with you. You may:

• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Ask us to update, correct, or remove your information by contacting us.
• Give anonymously, though please note that we cannot issue a tax receipt for a fully anonymous gift. If you wish to remain anonymous and still receive a receipt, contact us directly and we will arrange it.

06Payment Security

All online gifts are processed through secure, reputable payment platforms. Coptic Cross Ministries does not see or store your full card or bank account numbers. These processors are responsible for safeguarding your payment details in line with industry security standards.
