From Hardship to Self-Sufficiency
The most lasting way to lift a family out of poverty is to help them stand on their own. Our Small Business Development program helps Coptic families facing disability and illness launch and grow businesses that provide steady income and renewed hope.
When a parent faces illness or disability, a small business can change everything. We have helped a mother buy a commercial oven to bake bread for her community, a man living with a disability purchase a motorcycle to grow his business, and others expand their stock, settle their debts, and reach new customers. Working with the family and a church volunteer who guides them, we handle everything from the equipment to the paperwork, then deliver, install, and train.
Families can take part through a grant, with no repayment, or a zero-interest loan with a manageable monthly plan that encourages responsibility and growth.
